Crocodile Business Solutions interviews users and management to gain insight into
system requirements, with regard to performance, to ensure that all tasks are completed
efficiently and within any guidelines. We work in conjunction with the project team
to ensure that all the correct decisions are taken at the planning stage to ensure
that the project can be delivered in the most efficient manner for both time and
costs.
Cost Reduction and Efficiency Review
This is achieved by taking time to look at areas of the business as isolated units,
and then applying the gained insight to the business as a whole, assessing where
savings can be made in terms of outlays and time spent, giving tangible returns
to the business in the long term. ?The bottom line? is a frequently used term that
can be applied to any business. Being independent, we are able to asses these areas
and report on behalf of the customer, so they in turn can make informed decisions.
Code Review
Any solution implemented by any company will involve a relationship with an IT provider
to write code that runs your system. Whether that is proposed new solutions or your
current system, we are able to review this and report on any areas that may be of
concern. This will ensure the integrity of the solution and the data held within
it. Reporting this to the reseller and working towards an agreed solution decreases
the probability of functioning problems, and provides ongoing support.
Testing and UAT Testing
We work with the customer to ensure that the product delivered by the reseller meets
the required specification, in addition to Stress testing, destructive testing and
User Acceptance testing, to ensure that the customer can sign off the project with
confidence.
Project Management
With experience in consulting on existing systems, and over 30 installations of
ERP solutions, we are committed to ensuring that the restructuring and/or implementation
is concluded in a professional manner, within budget constraints and on time. We
also liaise with the reseller and key staff to ensure that everyone accepts the
project as a whole.
Development
We have experience developing solutions individually or within a team on projects
to ensure that the end customer receives a robust and efficient system, from single
to 300 user systems.
External Integration
By studying your relationships with suppliers, we are able to ascertain areas which
can be improved, with a focus on making savings in terms of time spent dealing with
various transactions and recommend any actions which may be implemented. In today?s
market, many businesses are merging, being taken over and bought. We are able to
implement procedures to allow systems used in both sides of the transaction, so
that this can be done quickly and with minimum staff disruption.
